（BCEIA新產(chǎn)品）申報(bào)通知

BCEIA2017參展的國(guó)外廠商：

北京分析測(cè)試學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告會(huì)暨展覽會(huì)（BCEIA）舉辦以來，一直堅(jiān)持高水平的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告和展出高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的方向，得到分析測(cè)試界的歡迎。現(xiàn)為適應(yīng)國(guó)家科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展的需要，中國(guó)分析測(cè)試協(xié)會(huì)決定開展國(guó)外參展廠商（不包括港澳臺(tái)廠商）新產(chǎn)品（簡(jiǎn)稱“BCEIA新產(chǎn)品”）的評(píng)選活動(dòng)，以促進(jìn)BCEIA成為國(guó)際分析測(cè)試領(lǐng)域高科技、新產(chǎn)品展出的窗口和推介的平臺(tái)。

“BCEIA2017新產(chǎn)品”評(píng)選工作將在今年北京分析測(cè)試學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告會(huì)暨展覽會(huì)之前進(jìn)行，評(píng)選結(jié)果將在北京分析測(cè)試學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告會(huì)暨展覽會(huì)期間發(fā)布。

現(xiàn)將申報(bào)參加“BCEIA2017新產(chǎn)品”評(píng)選的要求通知如下：

一、評(píng)選條件

凡申報(bào)參加“BCEIA2017新產(chǎn)品”評(píng)選的產(chǎn)品必須滿足以下條件：

1.產(chǎn)品必須是國(guó)外廠商（不包括港澳臺(tái)廠商）近三年（2014年10月31日后）在全球范圍推出的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品；

2.產(chǎn)品必須是參展商第一次在BCEIA上展出的產(chǎn)品；

3.展出的產(chǎn)品必須是實(shí)物，能夠在BCEIA現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行或演示。以圖片或模型參展的產(chǎn)品，不能參加評(píng)選。

二、申報(bào)文件

申報(bào)參加“BCEIA2017新產(chǎn)品”評(píng)選的單位，需提交以下申報(bào)文件：

1、“BCEIA2017新產(chǎn)品”申報(bào)表（見附件1）。

2、申報(bào)報(bào)告(3000字以內(nèi))，詳細(xì)說明申報(bào)參評(píng)產(chǎn)品性能、質(zhì)量和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。

3、“BCEIA2017新產(chǎn)品”申報(bào)展商的BCEIA2017展臺(tái)號(hào)。

三、申報(bào)時(shí)間

所有申報(bào)“BCEIA2017新產(chǎn)品”的有關(guān)材料(紙質(zhì)版一式二份和電子版)，應(yīng)在2017年6月30日前提交給中國(guó)分析測(cè)試協(xié)會(huì)，過期不予受理。

Notice of Beijing Conference and Exhibition on Instrument Analysis on New Foreign Products Application (BCEIA new products)

To: foreign manufacturers attending BCEIA2017:

Since the launching of Beijing Conference and Exhibition on Instrument Analysis, it has insisted on presenting high-level academic papers and exhibiting hi-tech products, and won high recognition and reputation from the analysis and testing industry. In order to adapt the rapid development of China’s technology and economy, China Association for Instrumental Analysis (“CAIA”) now made its decision to conduct a public appraisal among all new products of foreign manufacturers attending BCEIA2017 (excluding manufacturers from Hong Kong, Macro and Taiwan) (hereinafter referred to as “BCEIA New Products”), so as to accelerate BCEIA’s progress of being a window and platform presenting the latest technology and new products in the international analysis and testing industry.

“BCEIA2017 new products” public appraisal will be carried out before the opening of BCEIA 2017, and the appraisal results will be released during BCEIA2017.

The requirements concerning the participation of BCEIA2017 new products public appraisal and new products reporting are notified as follows:

I. Eligibility

All products applying to participate in "BCEIA2017 New Products" public appraisal must comply with the following conditions:

1. The products for appraisal must be high-tech products launched by foreign manufacturers (excluding manufacturers from HK, Macao and Taiwan) worldwide in recent three years (after 31 October 2014).

2. The products for appraisal must be a product exhibited in BCEIA for the first time.

3. The products exhibited must be a product in kind that can be operated and demonstrated at BCEIA site. Products exhibited in form of picture or model will be rejected.

II. Application documents

Manufacturers attending the “BCEIA2017 New Products” public appraisal are required to submit the following documents:

1. “BCEIA2017 New Products” Application Form (see Attachment 1).

2. Application Report (within 3000 words), describing the product performance, quality and innovations in detail.

3. The booth number of the manufacturers attending “BCEIA2017 New Products” public appraisal.

III. Date of application

All documents (two hardcopies and electronic copy) for attending “BCEIA2017 New Products” public appraisal shall be submitted to CAIA before 30 June 2017, and overdue submission will be rejected.
